Synopsis

Versos a mordidas (Verses in bites) is a fresh bucket of experimentation with words and emotions. In the water that is poured, and that bathes us from head to toe, sensuality and eroticism, the pain of distance, uncertainty and love come together, among an endless number of tones that leave the human condition laid bare in this youth balcony of the poetic universe.

She was born on April 3, 2003 in the city of Colima, however, the wind, blood and longing led her to live the first years of her life in the town of Villa Victoria, Michoacán. In 2018 she returned to Colima, to a land that, although it was not entirely hers, has known how to welcome her to this day. He is currently a student in the seventh semester of the degree in Latin American literature at the University of Colima, and since August 2023 he has coordinated the poetry circle “Versos a mordidas” (Verses in bites).

I was born in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. All my life I have felt like a leaf drifting in the wind, preparing to take my flight. I have an ordinary and extraordinary life; What makes it extraordinary is the poetry, its words, its verses and its wonderful way of molding and destroying my soul. I am studying Spanish-American literature at the University of Colima, where I have learned to be more rebellious, but more rebellious with words, with feelings, textures and smells, everything sensitive that ordinary eyes do not capture. In my future life I hope to have many cats, a big house and many, many books. In my past life perhaps I married Carlos Fuentes or Cortázar.
